Where the exams are held

We hold exams regularly in Zagreb. In Split they are held twice a year, and in Rijeka, Čakovec and Vinkovci once a year. If the list has no session in your city, contact us: we will tell you when one is expected.

Exam fees

The fee depends only on the exam and is the same in every city. The “for Schools” versions cost the same as the exam at the same level.

Additional fees

  • Application after the closing date, up to ten days before the exam and if there are places: €33.
  • Certificate sent by post to your home address: €15. Collecting it from our office in Zagreb or Split is free.

Cancellation and refunds

Once you have paid, the exam cannot be cancelled or moved to another date. The exception is sudden illness, with medical documentation. All the details are in the rules.

How to apply

    Choose a session

    Find the exam, city and date in the list above.

  2. 2

    Fill in the application

    The application form asks for the candidate's personal details and the number of their identity card or passport.

  3. 3

    Pay for the exam

    We send you the payment details by e-mail. The application is confirmed when the payment arrives, and it must arrive by the closing date for applications.

  4. 4

    Receive your confirmation

    At least two weeks before the Speaking test you receive your Confirmation of Entry, with the place and time of the exam.

Preparing at one of our preparation centres? Then your school arranges your entry for the Cambridge exam, so ask your teacher or the preparation centre about applying.

Questions about dates and fees

There is no session for the exam I need. What now?

Sessions are published as applications open. Write and tell us which exam and city you need, and we will let you know when the next session is expected.

Can I apply after the closing date?

Yes, up to ten days before the exam, if there are places left and with a late entry fee of €33.

How do I pay for the exam?

After you apply, we e-mail you the details for paying the full amount. The payment must arrive by the last day of the application period.

What does the fee include?

All parts of the exam, the result and the certificate. Only late entry and sending the certificate by post are charged separately.
